We are delighted to announce the appointment of Pete Wortley as ABM’s new Head of Workplace Services. In his new role, Pete will lead the design, delivery, and development of our workplace coaching and mentoring services, working with organisations to embed high-impact programmes that support leadership, performance, and long-term success.

With his expertise in business integration, organisational change, and leadership development, Pete is exceptionally well-placed to lead this work.

Pete brings a wealth of experience as a coach, mentor, and Non-Executive Director, with a strong track record in leading transformative change across a range of organisations—from large multinationals to SMEs and charities. He has held senior roles in general management, operations, and project management, and has led successful business transformations, strategic developments, and profitable growth initiatives.

He is also widely recognised as one of the leading authorities in the development of Mental Toughness, applying evidence-based insights to support performance and resilience in both individuals and organisations.

Pete’s appointment marks a significant step in strengthening the ABM’s offer to organisations, ensuring we remain at the forefront of workplace mentoring and coaching. We are confident that under Pete’s leadership, our workplace services will continue to grow in both scale and impact, supporting our clients in building stronger leaders, more inclusive cultures, and sustainable business performance.
