About the speaker

James Morris is Co-Founder of JamesOS, an AI consultancy helping businesses implement AI safely and effectively, and Founder of Trafalgar Marquees, an award-winning business that has supplied temporary structures to organisations including BP, Clifford Chance, Channel 4 and CBRE.

Over 15 years, Trafalgar Marquees has delivered everything from festival infrastructure to the international broadcast site for the Queen’s state funeral, built in under three days for eight global media groups.

Alongside running his businesses, James mentors SMEs and boards through the Association of Business Mentors and the Government’s Help to Grow programme. He draws on an MBA and extensive hands-on business experience. He is also a longstanding member of the Institute of Directors’ expert advisory group on entrepreneurship and has represented UK small businesses on two IoD trade delegations.

A regular voice in the national media, James has appeared on BBC News 24 and Sky News, written for The Times, The Telegraph and the Financial Times, and spoken on BBC Radio 5 Live, Radio 4 and Times Radio about business, resilience and mental health.
