About the accreditation
ABM Workplace Coaching & Mentoring Accreditation independently assesses how effectively mentoring and coaching are embedded across an organisation. It gathers feedback from employees, managers and leaders before benchmarking the organisation against ABM’s workplace framework.
The process identifies existing strengths, gaps and practical development opportunities, providing organisations with a clear action plan and one of three accreditation levels: Emerging, Effective or Transformational.
