ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring (Business)

The ABM is using industry-standard qualifications to underwrite its accreditation, offering non-members and Members an ILM Level 5 and 7 with the potential for European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Certification. We are dedicated to providing a meaningful, enjoyable vocational learning experience. Wherever possible, the learning will always map back to Business success to maximise the experiential learning nature of the qualification.

Who is this qualification for?

The Level 5 is ideal for experienced business people who wish to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance business mentor or coach. You may have some experience of business mentoring or coaching in an informal, formal, volunteer or professional capacity.  

This is ideal for aspiring and experienced business mentors and coaches who wish to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours with an internationally recognised qualification as a business mentor and coach at Degree Level.
