We’re delighted to be partnering with Digital Boost to provide our community with additional training to develop as volunteer mentors.

This training workshop was all about how you can create strong boundaries to strengthen your mentoring relationships.

Led by Kerrie, a seasoned mentor and the founder of ABM, this session covered:

• Why boundaries matter – not just for mentors but for mentees too!
• How you can define and set boundaries for your session
• How you can use ground rules to reinforce your boundaries and create safe sessions for both you and your mentee!
