In this ABM Practical Training session, we explored the third ABM core competency: Curious Questioning Enabling Insight. The session was led by ABM founder and Chief Ambassador, Kerrie Dorman, and focused on how to ask the right questions to unlock deeper understanding and facilitate meaningful conversations.

During the session, we:

• Learned how to ask the right questions at the right time to guide an exploratory journey
• Practised reading between the lines to uncover what isn’t being said
• Gained insight into setting boundaries and asking for permission to explore deeper topics

This session was also a valuable opportunity for ABM members to connect, share experiences, and develop their questioning techniques.
