I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 and have been mentoring since 2012.  I enjoy accountancy, but more than anything I enjoy making a difference for business owners, helping them create more time, make more money, and enjoy a better quality of life.

I am a graduate of the Association’s ILM 7 Certificate for Executive and senior level coaches and mentors.

At The National Mentoring Matters Awards I won the Outstanding Contribution Award and was a Finalist as the Most Inspirational Mentor.

I work with small business owners helping them in practical and easy to understand ways to get closer to their dream business.

I have written a business book, about my business experiences, called “Your 60-minute business transformation”.

I have co-written a practical business programme for business owners.

I believe by professionalising business mentoring our economy will improve, and more business owners will get enjoyment from their businesses.

I am delighted to be part of the Association’s team helping develop business mentoring in Scotland.
