Kate Davis is the founder of Meraki People, an organisational design and development consultancy that helps scaling businesses strengthen leadership, culture, and performance.
Before founding Meraki People in 2019, Kate built a multi-disciplinary career spanning law, event management, and large-scale organisational change and business transformation. This varied background gives her a practical understanding of how organisations operate and why people dynamics so often determine whether strategy succeeds or fails.
Today Kate works primarily with founder-led and scaling businesses, supporting CEOs and senior leadership teams as they navigate growth, complexity, and transition. Her work focuses on organisational design, leadership development, and team dynamics, helping companies build the clarity, trust, and structures required to scale well.
An award-winning executive coach and mentor, Kate is a member of the Association of Business Mentors and a regular speaker on leadership, culture, organisational development, and the human side of business growth.
As a Non-Executive Director of the ABM, she is particularly interested in contributing to the organisation’s strategic development over the coming years and supporting its mission to champion high-quality mentoring for business leaders.
