With a PRINCE2 certification in Project Management, he brings experience in project planning, artificial intelligence, and prompt engineering, combining technical understanding with a practical, results-driven approach.

He has worked across projects from concept through to delivery, with a particular interest in improving processes, making better use of technology, and keeping communication clear between teams and stakeholders. His approach is grounded in organisation, problem-solving, and getting things done in a straightforward, effective way.

Outside of work, Steve has a strong interest in live music and motorsport, which reflect his energetic and hands-on approach to both work and life.
