Join us for this month’s ABM Skills Sharing Session with ABM Fellow Graham Morgan, who after 40 years of working with and alongside thousands of business owners has a unique blend of knowledge, experience and know-how that differentiates the support he can provide in a sometimes congested marketplace.

The session will help you to dissect the SME/Business marketplace and build a strategy to target and capture the type of businesses you would like to work with.  This will include a look at the current UK business landscape.  

This session aligns to Core Competency 2.2. Contracting, Relationship Building & Expectations, as well as supporting you to grow your mentoring practice.

Format:

30 minutes of presentation and knowledge sharing from Graham, followed by open Q&A and discussion with participants.
