Join us for this month’s ABM Skills Sharing Session with ABM Member Howard Lewis who will share a technique he uses to assess team performance and motivation called CRROS.
In his own mentoring sessions, Howard spends a lot of time in discussions about the performance and motivation of his clients’ teams. In these discussions, he refers to a technique he has used extensively called CRROS. Conceptually, it’s a simple technique, but can be very powerful. The idea is that every employee in an organisation is assessed for Challenge, Recognition, Remuneration, Opportunity and Succession and a plan is established for each one.
This session aligns to Core Competency 3 – Knowledge of business theory and tools. Whether you use the approach with your client directly OR you support your client to use it with their team, CRROS will make a great addition to your mentoring toolkit.
Format:
30 minutes of presentation and knowledge sharing from Howard, followed by open Q&A and discussion with participants.
