Experience
As our business has grown, I have coached and mentored a team of 6 people to take on management roles across marketing (both online and offline), operations, supplier relations, managing people and finance. I am now mentoring for 'Help to Grow' and Bucks Business First (BBF) 'Growth Programme'. Additionally, I facilitate Monthly Business Leader Peer Groups for the Growth Programme; these help business owners to come up with new solutions to overcome the challenges they face.
