I am a Fellow of the Association of Business Mentors, an ICF Professional Certified Coach and an ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach and Mentor. I work with SME founders, business owners and senior leaders who are ready to grow beyond reactive leadership and build the clarity, capacity and confidence required for sustainable performance.

My work sits at the intersection of business mentoring, executive coaching and systemic team development. I help leaders make sense of complex challenges, identify what is really constraining progress, and focus their energy on the decisions, behaviours and structures that will create the greatest impact.

Many of my clients are navigating growth, transition, restructuring, succession, mergers, acquisitions or the messy middle between what has worked so far and what is now being asked of them. I support them to step back, see the wider system, strengthen their leadership judgement and act with greater clarity under pressure.

Alongside 1:1 mentoring and coaching, I also work with leadership teams to improve alignment, trust, decision-making and collective performance. I have a particular interest in the role of the leader who must operate across several layers at once: the team they lead, the senior team they belong to, and the wider organisation or ownership system they are accountable to.

My approach draws on systemic coaching, vertical leadership development, neuroscience, positive psychology, flow science and emotional intelligence. The purpose is practical: to help capable leaders think more clearly, lead more effectively, and create conditions where people, teams and businesses can perform at a higher level.

Since 2018, I have led professional development groups for business owners and worked alongside successful entrepreneurs to mentor ambitious SME leaders. I enjoy helping talented people untangle complex problems, recognise the wisdom they already hold, and turn insight into disciplined, confident action.
