About Me
With over 40 years of experience—ranging from early-stage tech startups to leading established B2B organisations—I help business owners and senior managers move from uncertainty to a position of clear vision and renewed self-belief.

My journey began at age 21 when I launched my first retail computer business in 1983. Since then, I’ve been a co-director in POS, founded an IT company, and led change management in the automotive sector. Currently, as the Managing Director of a B2B training company, I successfully guided our team through the complexities of the COVID-19 pandemic while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Beyond traditional business management, I bring a unique perspective on the future of industry. With a Post Graduate Diploma in Bio-Innovation and a background in Sustainability and Environmental Professionalism, I help mentees integrate responsible, future-proof practices into their core strategy. I believe that true business success today requires a balance of commercial drive and sustainable thinking.

I believe mentoring is about meeting you where you are. I am primarily an empathetic, "listening-heavy" mentor, but I’m not afraid to provide the "high challenge" necessary to break through plateaus.
