In my career, I’ve helped to set up, grow and restructure numerous businesses in both the ‘SME’ and multi-million £ corporate spaces. I’ve worked in finance and fintech, been a small business owner and have supported the growth trajectory of businesses in a number of sectors including B2B services, tech services, manufacturing, travel and event management, hospitality and CIC enterprises. I've also supported business owners in developing the right strategy in order to sell their business(es) as a going concern when they decide to exit.

I have a wealth of experience in identifying and addressing the numerous challenges which present themselves via the changes that growth enforces on businesses and owners. This includes identifying pathways to growth and funding opportunities as well as the people, IT, automation and training needs of a growing concern.
