Over 35 years business experience including Planning Director roles at two specialist marketing agencies; working as Strategy Partner at a global network agency; and running my own very successful strategy consultancy. I have also held visiting lecturer roles at the University of Bologna and Bayes Business School at City of London University, teaching postgraduate courses in marketing strategy, branding, and digital marketing.

Throughout my 12 years as a strategy consultant, I applied coaching and mentoring techniques to help equip my clients to deliver strategy implementation and organisational change – and saw the incredibly positive effects this had for them and their teams.

Since late 2021 I have worked primarily as an Executive Coach and Business Mentor with clients in leadership roles across a wide range of organisations, as well as 'Rising Stars' identified by their employers as heading towards senior leadership and board positions. With my agency and consultancy background, many clients come to me to help them tackle the specific challenges involved in running a professional services business.

In support of my work, I have underpinned my practical experience with the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and I am currently studying for a Masters Degree in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School. As a result, I am able to draw on a diverse range of mentoring and coaching approaches so as to tailor each session to best provide what a client needs on any particular day.

I am a Fellow of the Association of Business Mentors and a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
