Through Daylight, I coach, mentor, and consult with individuals and leadership teams who are navigating growth, change, or complexity. My work focuses on helping people see more clearly, think more deeply, and act with intent, whether that’s stepping into leadership, shaping culture, or driving performance.

Alongside this, I am a partner at Blackline, an independent, people-first brand agency, where my day-to-day focus is on Blackline Blueprint, working with organisations to align culture, strategy, and brand and to build businesses that connect deeply with people and grow sustainably.

My background spans senior leadership roles across retail, real estate, asset management, consumer lifestyle, and brand agencies, alongside co-developing start-ups in health intelligence, sport, and travel. That experience shapes how I work today: grounded, human, and commercially astute, balancing performance with purpose, and strategy with empathy.
