Bio
With over 26 years’ experience as a senior leader in a complex, dynamic FTSE 100 organisation, I have led, coached, and mentored individuals, teams, and corporate divisions through periods of significant change and growth. Throughout my career journey—from junior management to Executive Director—I’ve learned as much from setbacks as I have from successes.
While achievements have shaped my confidence and capability, some of the most valuable insights have come from the mistakes I made and the disappointments I faced. These experiences deepened my understanding of leadership, resilience, and personal growth—lessons I now bring into my coaching practice to support others on their own paths.
Since transitioning from that role in 2020, I have gained formal coaching qualifications and now practise as a senior coaching professional. I am a certified Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a Fellow of the Association of Business Mentors (ABM). I actively engage in supervised coaching to ensure continued personal development and excellence in my practice.
As a passionate supporter of SME growth, I also volunteer as a mentor in the UK Government’s Help to Grow programme, contributing to the development of leadership and strategy in the small business sector.
My coaching style is person-centred, supportive, and collaborative. I create a space where clients feel safe to think deeply, explore freely, and be appropriately challenged. I work in partnership with clients to question thoughts, ideas, and behaviours in a way that encourages new perspectives, raises self-awareness, and unlocks meaningful action.
My focus is on helping clients identify, leverage, and strengthen their own internal resources. From the outset, I aim to build mutual trust and respect—foundations essential for impactful coaching relationships.
I work with board-level executives, senior leaders, and business owners across a wide range of sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
