Steve is an experienced business mentor, leadership coach and consultant who works with SME owners, leaders and senior managers to help them navigate change, tackle challenges and realise their ambitions.

He is co-founder of Comentco Partners, a business mentoring and consultancy practice that combines mentoring, coaching and practical business advice to help SME leaders and their businesses grow and develop.

Steve is a Fellow of the Association of Business Mentors and has mentored more than 15 business leaders through the Government's Help to Grow programme. He is also a regular speaker on AI and its practical impact on business and mentoring, and has appeared as a panellist at the Mentoring Matters conference and other industry events.

His extensive career includes working with major corporates and serving as Head of Digital for a number of independent communications agencies. With a background spanning business strategy, marketing, branding, digital transformation and leadership, he brings a wealth of practical experience to his work with businesses and individuals at different stages of growth and change.

Steve offers practical experience gained over a long career leading marketing and sales teams at Philips Electronics, IBM/Lotus, Harper Collins, and The BBC, and as Client Director and Head of Digital at brand and digital agencies.

As a mentor he will support your branding, marketing and digital teams with knowledge, skill and hands-on experience. As a coach he can support your leadership and team development so the business is better able to grow and succeed, while maximising employee engagement, performance and wellbeing.
