I began my career as an apprentice engineer, qualifying as a toolmaker. Further study led to an MBA and a progression into senior leadership, where I ran businesses across the UK, Europe, Asia and Australasia. I have recently moved on from corporate leadership and now focus on helping SMEs grow through the Help to Grow programme, and through my work as a founder, board adviser and business mentor.
