I am an Experienced Business Adviser with over 40 years in management across a very wide range of countries from Europe to Middle East, Subcontinent, Far East, Africa, Central Asia/ Eastern Europe and North America. Having started in Production Engineering in the late 1970‚ I have been privileged to design, build and run green field production units in several countries and have consulted on projects in many more. I work with SMEs across many sectors specialising in strategy, planning, efficiency savings and business growth. Start ups are a passion of mine, I help would be entrepreneurs visualise their goals and help them to turn their passions into a viable business from the ground up. I am able to source ultra-competitive web-based solutions that can be be-spoked to their needs with cost effective saleability often reducing the paperwork and creating a more efficient working environment. I spend every Friday as my pro-bono day helping small business owners and CICs reconnect with their businesses after the trying post Covid days. I am a non-executive director of one CIC and the adviser for three others.
