I'm an accredited ILM7 Masters Level Mentor, NLP Master Practitioner Coach and Winner 'Best Mentor - National Mentoring Matters Awards 2023'.
My experience includes Sales, Customer Service, Retailing, Hospitality and Leadership Development. I've held Senior Commercial Exec roles at Coty, Sky TV, Liz Earle Beauty; and was MD of a Beauty Start-Up and GM of a Premium Country Club and Spa, with 107 holiday lets and 700 health club members, within a 14 acre site on the beautiful Isle of Wight.
I now spend most of my time 1:1 mentoring at all levels and running culture, values, and 'new to management' leadership workshops with all types and sizes of businesses all over the U.K. When I have a spare 5 minutes you can find me at the beach (balancing precariously on my paddleboard!) or walking/running along the stunning coastal path.
