My career began in senior brand and commercial roles at international organisations including Beiersdorf and Coty, before I built my own luxury brand and later became Deputy Managing Director and Board Member of a £15M UK SME with the scope of restructuring the organisation, scaling international expansion and strengthen brand equity.

Today, I am the Founder of StartUpAndRise, where I work with entrepreneurs and SMEs to achieve sustainable, purposeful growth. I also mentor with the LSE Generate Accelerator, and my impact was recognised with the Outstanding Contribution Award at the National Mentoring Matters Awards 2025 for transforming a £20M UK business.
