My background brings together technology and business leadership. Having held senior international executive roles, including Global Head of Sales Strategy & Operations at Nokia, I have led growth, strategy and transformation programmes across more than 56 countries and run international P&Ls - I know what it takes to build a successful business. Today, I apply that hard-won experience to the realities of leadership in SMEs.
