I bring over 25 years of experience from the MedTech sector, where I have built and led global international teams for US-based companies and managed international strategic business units with full P&L responsibility. My career has focused on scaling businesses outside the US, working across diverse markets, cultures, and commercial models.
I have a strong passion for building high-performance teams and developing out-of-the-box growth strategies. I enjoy challenging conventional thinking and helping leaders find new ways to grow when traditional approaches are no longer effective. I am a critical thinker, collaborative by nature, and thrive in complex environments where clarity and focus make the biggest difference.
People development has always been central to my work. I have hired and built international teams across multiple regions and functions, and I take real satisfaction in seeing individuals and businesses grow together. I believe the right people, supported in the right way, are the foundation of sustainable growth.
