Having trained originally as a psychologist, I then trained as an accountant before starting work as a Divisional Finance Director in the construction industry. Having led a UK-wide program of change that automated much of the fiscal management and tendering process, I embarked on a career where technology innovation and cultural change became my signature.
Although I work in technology, I have always operated a People First approach. I am a licensed rugby coach and referee and find many of these skills are transferrable to business and often use sports coaching in business environments.
I am a passionate story teller and use compelling stories to build strategies. The same story telling feeds into my presenting and writing and I believe that these are both critical and learnable skills.
