I am an executive mentor and advisor working with CEOs, senior leaders and founders operating in growth, transition or high-stakes decision-making contexts. My practice focuses on supporting senior leaders to navigate environments where ambiguity, pace and organisational impact are significant.

With over 20 years of experience in executive roles within fast-growing technology companies, I bring a deep, lived understanding of the commercial and operational complexities involved in scaling a business. My career includes being an early employee at Shazam and spending 14 years at Google, where I was responsible for the growth of a business unit across EMEA. Beyond my operational experience, I have several years of experience serving on boards as a chair and non-executive director. This provides senior leaders with a valuable perspective on managing complex stakeholder relationships and governance.

My mentoring approach is analytical, curiosity-driven and systematic. I focus on creating a psychologically safe space where senior leaders can speak openly and generate genuine insights. I lean into challenging with empathy, using reframing techniques and grounded questioning to help senior leaders move beyond surface-level issues to the core of their strategic and interpersonal challenges.
