I'm Alberto Zuin, a Chartered IT Professional with over 25 years of experience leading technology teams, including as CIO and CTO in highly regulated industries. I’ve helped scale businesses, modernise platforms, and guide teams through complex challenges, always with a focus on aligning technology with real business needs.

Alongside my leadership experience, I hold an MBA in Technology Management and have continued to upskill in areas like governance, security, and AI. But more important than the qualifications is the day-to-day reality of being responsible for people, platforms, and performance, especially when the pressure is on.

I now mentor founders, new CTOs, and senior tech leaders who are navigating growth, change, or simply looking for space to think things through. My approach is practical and calm: I act as a sounding board, ask the questions that sharpen thinking, and share ideas when they’re helpful.

Having walked this path myself, I understand how lonely leadership can be, and how powerful it is to have someone in your corner who gets it.
