With more than 25 years' experience working for a range of businesses across industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, retail, fintech, property and utilities, I have broad and deep understanding of goods and services from shop floor to Board room and enjoy problem-solving at all levels.

I can support both young and mature businesses to build strategies, uncover opportunities and apply commercial and practical rigour in developing propositions to address them.

I've mentored senior leaders across a broad range of industries, including consumer goods, fashion, logistics, commercial finance and industrial manufacturing, and I'm Board Advisor and NED for a number of early stage start-ups, guiding them to drive sustainable business and personal growth. I'm a safe, but challenging sounding board.

From creating my own business and working for VC-backed startups on tight budgets, to PLCs and both large and small family-owned corporations, I understand the challenges that a business and its management face at all stages of its development.
