Bio
Andrew is an experienced International Lecturer, Trainer and Mentor who has lived and worked in the UK, Saudi Arabia
and USA. He divides his time between mentoring start ups and scale ups as a NatWest Accelerator, helping companies improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their selling functions. He founded Spotty Elephant to enable the Sales Education, Training and Technology that are used by big organisations to the SME market.
He has taught Sales Management at Post Graduate Level at Universities in the UK , Poland and Tunisia
A USA and UK business education gives him a wide strategic perspective, with a BSc in Management (Marketing Major) from
Franklin University (Ohio), an MBA from the University of Leicester, (Dissertation on the use of Lean & Six Sigma in the Sales
& Marketing Process), a Cranfield Fellowship in Manufacturing Management (Project on the use of TRiZ & TOC in Sales
Pipeline Management), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sales Management from Portsmouth University. He is a Founding
Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals.
