Rob has had a passion for helping business leaders, managers and sales teams grow for over 25 years.
His 21 years at Yell gave him a strong foundation in sales, Customer Service, soft skills and management training & included 14 years in the Learning & Development . Rob has also held a post within the NHS as a Learning & Development manager overseeing the learning for an organisation of almost 12,000 staff members.
