I’m Nikki Butlin, a business mentor, founder of The Driven Formula® and Fractional Finance Director, with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in UK businesses.

I’ve founded, grown and sold my own bookkeeping business, held senior finance and leadership roles, and helped business owners improve cash flow, strengthen profitability and plan their next move.

I work with professionals considering leaving corporate life, people turning their expertise into a business, and established owners seeking clearer direction. My mentoring combines commercial experience, financial understanding and practical accountability to help you make confident decisions and turn plans into action.

My six-pillar framework; Determination, Resilience, Intention, Vision, Execution and Nurture, helps you build a business that supports the life you want.

Expect straight-talking guidance, supportive challenge and a clear focus on progress.
