Julian Frincu is an entrepreneur, business consultant and mentor with over 15 years of hands-on experience building, managing and developing businesses.
Through Skills 2 Grow, Julian works primarily with start-ups, sole traders and small business owners who want practical support with strategy, growth, pricing, marketing, customer acquisition, operations and leadership.
His experience comes from building businesses himself, including developing a UK service business from a one-person operation into a network of 19 professionals operating across four counties.
Julian combines real-world entrepreneurial experience with extensive professional development in strategic management and leadership, including qualifications through Levels 5–8.
