Congratulations on passing the suitability call stage for volunteering as a mentor on the Help to Grow: Management Course!
To officially become a mentor, you’ll need to complete our Business Mentor Training, which is available through two routes:
Standard Route (7–8 hours)
For mentors without a formal qualification in business mentoring. This route includes:
- Introduction to Mentoring on the Help to Grow: Management Course
- Effective Business Mentoring Practice Course
- Introductory Peer-to-Peer Session
Fast-Track Route (4 hours)
For mentors who hold an ILM Level 5 or Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring qualification. This route includes:
- Introduction to Mentoring on the Help to Grow: Management Course
- Essentials of Business Mentoring
- Introductory Peer-to-Peer Session
Accessing Your Training
Both routes are accessed via the Mentoring on the Help to Grow: Management Course Brief.
