Bio:

I have 38 years of 'lived experience' at the sharp end of business developing, marketing, and selling products and services locally, nationally, and internationally.

I also have over 20 years of experience mentoring and coaching individuals and teams in business environments.

I am an ILM 7 Qualified Executive Coach and Mentor, accredited by the EMCC as a Senior Practitioner.

Since setting up my own business in 2014, I have:

1) Provided one-to-one executive coaching to SME Leaders.

2) Run team leadership development workshops using the GC Index framework.

3) Served as a long-standing mentor on the Cambridge Venture Project run by the Cambridge Judge Business School.

4) Volunteered as a business mentor on the UK Government's Help to Grow Programme.

5) Been a Judge and Chair of Judges at the UK Business Awards and the UK Customer Experience Awards.

6) Won the Enterprise Nation Adviser of the Year Award in the International Trade Category
