Bio:

I started off as a serial entrepreneur. Won some, lost some! I found mentoring on an initiative in 2006 post a successful business sale however, I had no support or guidance. I founded the Association of
Business Mentors in 2011 to provide mentoring skills and training for those seeking to mentor ethically and effectively as well as provide reassurance to business owners that they are in the safe hands of a trusted and experienced ABM professional business mentor. I am still mentoring although my focus is now within the workplace, working closely with HR departments to run mentoring programmes to support the growth, development and wellbeing of their employees and in turn the organisation.
