Peer Support Groups give Help to Grow: Management Course mentors a space to share experiences, explore mentoring challenges and build confidence alongside other mentors.

The groups are facilitated by experienced ABM members, and each session explores a different aspect of mentoring practice. They are a useful way to reflect on your mentoring experience, learn from others and build confidence in your role.
