This session gives mentors the opportunity to connect with others in a similar position, share experiences and access practical tips to improve their chances of being matched.
Peer to Peer Support Groups
Most mentors find that the best time to join a Peer-Peer Mentoring Group is when they first match with a participant.
Peer Support Groups give Help to Grow: Management Course mentors a space to share experiences, explore mentoring challenges and build confidence alongside other mentors.
The groups are facilitated by experienced ABM members, and each session explores a different aspect of mentoring practice. They are a useful way to reflect on your mentoring experience, learn from others and build confidence in your role.
