Claire Şimşek is an Executive Coach, Business Mentor and Trainer with over 8,000 hours of professional coaching and mentoring experience. Currently completing her ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching & Mentoring, she is a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management and an Affiliate Member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). Claire specialises in leadership confidence, reflective practice, and sustainable organisational development, supporting leaders to build clarity, resilience and measurable impact.
With a 30‑year cross‑sector career spanning corporates, SMEs, charities, public bodies and enterprise programmes, Claire brings deep practical insight into the realities of organisational growth, cultural change and leadership capability. She has designed and delivered accelerator programmes, mentored founders at every stage of business maturity, and supported CEOs, senior leaders and boards through periods of complexity, transition and strategic decision‑making.
