I’m a Strategic Sales Advisor, Founder Mentor, and Board Advisor with over 25 years’ experience helping founders and SMEs strengthen revenue, sharpen commercial strategy, and build sustainable growth.
My clients can be at how to get to their first 6 figure year, or 7 figure year and beyond. Depending on the size of the enterprise , typically I currently work with solo founders, partnerships and SME's with small teams.
My background spans founder mentoring, strategic sales leadership, business development, and commercial advisory across startups, scaleups, and established SMEs. Earlier in my career, I managed multi-million-pound international sales portfolios within the property sector, leading complex negotiations across global markets. I’ve also launched multiple businesses myself, including a recruitment startup that achieved £250K revenue in year one.
Today, I work with founder-led businesses across the a wide range of service sectors and the education, leadership consultancy, mental health and wellbeing sectors, supporting both service and product based businesses. I’m also the creator of The Intelligent Sales Lab — an AI-supported sales ecosystem combining human-led strategy with practical tools that help founders improve clarity, lead conversion, follow through, and commercial decision making.
Alongside sales and growth strategy, I support founders and CEOs to strengthen leadership confidence, communication, and decision making during periods of growth and transition.
