I’m an experienced business and marketing mentor, Chartered Marketer and founder of LMC Associates, based in Northern Ireland and working with business owners and senior leaders across the UK and Ireland.

With more than 25 years’ experience in marketing, business development, strategy and leadership, I help ambitious business owners and leaders gain clarity, make better strategic decisions and turn their ideas into practical plans for growth.

My mentoring style is supportive but challenging. I provide an independent sounding board, ask the questions that need to be asked and bring practical commercial experience to the conversation. I particularly enjoy working with SME owners, CEOs, marketing leaders and professionals who are navigating growth, change or a new stage in their career or business.

Alongside mentoring, I work as a Fractional CMO, strategist, facilitator and trainer, which means my mentoring is grounded in the day-to-day realities of running and growing organisations.

I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, an AoEC-qualified Executive Coach, a SOSTAC® Certified Planner and licensed trainer, and a Member of the Association of Business Mentors.
