I’m a business and executive mentor, working with business owners and senior leaders who have a lot going on and don’t always get the chance to step back and think about what they really want or need.

I’ve spent 35 years in business and more than a decade supporting business owners and leaders through growth, change, difficult decisions and those moments when you’re wondering, “What now?”

I have a Business Studies degree and an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Mentoring, but I think my years of actually being in business are just as important. I know what it’s like to have a lot of plates spinning, to be the person everyone comes to, and sometimes to need somewhere to put all those thoughts down.

I particularly enjoy working with thoughtful, ambitious people, including introverts, who don’t necessarily want to be the loudest person in the room. You don’t have to become someone else to be successful.

My role is to give people the space to think, ask the questions that perhaps aren’t being asked, untangle the muddle and work out what really matters — so they can make decisions with more clarity and confidence.
