Experienced in general SME business, leadership and management, pricing, profitability and managing individual and organsational change: focussed on supporting business owners to have more time, more money and a better quality of life.

For the majority of my career I was a project manager in a large organsation leading business change across a variety of service areas.

For the last 10 years, I have been a Director in a small accountancy practice (family business) managing operations, marketing to modernise the practice for clients and the team across our IT systems and advisory services. We exited the business, through sale, in March 2026.

I started my journey into mentoring in 2010 through NLP training and became a leadership coach in 2011. I have been coaching/mentoring SME owners since then to develop themselves and their businesses for growth, profitability and work/life balance.

I have worked with start-up entrepreneurs and established businesses as well as members of SMTs and those seeking to move into senior positions. I also have experience of working with people who are neurodivergent, including people who have autism, dyslexia and ADHD.
