Malcolm is an Executive Mentor who helps senior executives, founders and business owners become more effective leaders, make better strategic decisions and achieve greater business impact.
Combining over 30 years of international executive leadership with extensive experience advising SME boards and leadership teams, he provides practical, independent guidance that helps leaders navigate complexity with confidence.
Malcolm works with executives who recognise that technical expertise alone is not enough to lead a growing business. His mentoring focuses on strengthening executive presence, strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, commercial decision-making and leadership effectiveness. Whether supporting a newly appointed CEO, an experienced Managing Director or a functional leader preparing for greater responsibility, he provides a trusted sounding board and objective challenge that accelerates both personal and organisational performance.
His mentoring is grounded in real-world executive experience. During his corporate career, Malcolm held senior international leadership roles with Nokia, leading strategy, sales and transformation programmes across more than 56 countries. He managed major international businesses, negotiated complex global agreements and led large-scale growth and organisational change initiatives in one of the world's largest technology companies.
Today, Malcolm brings that experience to leaders in founder-led and mid-market businesses across sectors including software, technology, engineering, professional services and manufacturing. Clients value his ability to simplify complex challenges, ask insightful questions and convert strategic thinking into focused action. His mentoring has helped leaders strengthen board relationships, improve commercial performance, lead organisational change, build high-performing leadership teams and successfully navigate periods of growth, succession and transformation.
Known for his straightforward style, commercial insight and genuine commitment to developing others, Malcolm enables leaders to increase their confidence, broaden their perspective and make better decisions. His objective is simple: to help executives become the leaders their organisations need today while preparing them for the challenges of tomorrow.
