I am Vicki Wilson, founder of Vicki Admin Fairy®, a virtual assistant, author and business mentor based in Shropshire.

I support self-employed people, sole traders and small business owners who feel overwhelmed by the day-to-day admin, systems and organisation that come with running a business. My background includes 20 years in administration with HMRC, followed by building my own successful VA business after redundancy.

As a mentor, I bring a practical, calm and encouraging approach. I help people find clarity, build confidence, simplify their processes and take realistic next steps in their business. I understand how easy it is to feel stuck, especially when you are trying to do everything yourself, and I enjoy helping business owners bring order to the chaos.

Since starting with Digital Boost, I have completed 61 one-to-one mentoring sessions with self-employed people, supporting them with business planning, confidence, admin systems, visibility, pricing, organisation and practical problem solving.

I am especially passionate about supporting self-employed people who need someone who listens, asks the right questions and helps them see a clearer way forward.

My mentoring style is friendly, honest, practical and focused on helping people take action without feeling overwhelmed.
