This training workshop is all about how to go from a good mentor to a great one.

Led by Kerrie, a seasoned mentor and the founder of ABM, this session will cover:

• The skills you need to develop as a great mentor
• The 6 key competencies every mentor should use in their sessions
• How to benchmark feedback and keep developing as a mentor
